Stage 1: Nano Positive Filter Layer
This high-tech layer blocks bacteria, viruses, and microplastics using nano-sized pores. It also carries a positive charge that attracts and traps even the tiniest impurities - keeping out what you don’t want, while letting pure water flow through.
Stage 2: Heavy Metal Absorption Layer
Next, specialised materials capture heavy metals such as lead and arsenic, locking them away before they reach your glass. This layer ensures your water is as pure and safe as it is refreshing.
Stage 3: Carbon Block Filter Layer
Finally, activated carbon takes over. Acting like a natural sponge, it removes chlorine, odours, and unwanted chemicals that can affect taste. The result? Fresh, clean water that’s smooth and enjoyable to drink.

Each filter will process a minimum of 500 litres of water. Depending on the water itself, you may get as much as 600 litres per filter. A light will flash on your device to indicate when it’s time to change the filter.

The pitcher should be cleaned with the cleaning wand provided, with warm (but not hot) soapy water. It should not be placed inside a dishwasher.

The Micro-Tap and Hose is intended to be draped inside a reservoir, it is not intended to be connected to a water mains.
